Our washer stopped working the other day and we couldn’t really troubleshoot it as we didn’t have the manual.  Wendy wrote the company (Malber) to ask if they could send us a manual.  Their response:

How about that.  A request for cash, all in caps.  Definitely will never buy one of their products.  Ever.
