This stunning piece of art (conspicuous consumption?), is Damien Hirst's newest piece.  It's called For the love of God, what are you going to do next? and came from an exclamation his mother made to him.

It consists of a platinum cast of an 18th century skull covered with diamonds.  8,601 diamonds to be precise.  It's expected to sell for $100 million soon, possibly to George Michael and his partner.
